Eligibility
Refunds are considered where a job is cancelled before completion, a service is not delivered as agreed, or a duplicate or incorrect payment is taken.
Marketplace escrow
For marketplace jobs, customer funds are held securely until completion. If a job is cancelled before the driver completes it, the held amount (less any non-refundable processing fees) is returned.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
