Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability, accurate customer information, payment confirmation, access conditions, parking availability and service suitability.
Refusal & rescheduling
StreamVans Ltd may refuse or reschedule jobs where safety, legality, vehicle capacity or access conditions are unsuitable.
Vehicle rental
Self-drive rentals require valid licence checks, ID verification and acceptance of insurance terms. Customers are responsible for fines, fuel, damage, mileage excess, congestion/ULEZ/tolls and late returns.
Insurance
Goods in Transit cover up to £10,000 (removals), Cargo cover up to £15,000 per load (logistics) and Public Liability £5 million are included where stated.
