Raising a complaint
Email info@streamvans.com or call 01382 699 500 with your booking or job reference and a description of the issue.
Acknowledgement
We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and to provide a full response within 10 business days.
Resolution
We will investigate fairly, keep you updated, and where appropriate offer a remedy such as a re-service, partial refund or compensation.
