Verification
Drivers and transport partners must provide valid identity, licence, insurance and vehicle documents. StreamVans verifies these before allowing bidding on jobs.
Conduct
Partners must complete accepted jobs professionally, on time and with appropriate insurance and care for customer goods.
Commission & payouts
StreamVans charges a 5% commission on completed jobs. Driver earnings (95%) are released after successful completion and customer confirmation.
Suspension
Accounts may be suspended for fraud, repeated cancellations, unsafe practices, or failure to maintain valid documents and insurance.
